The Rīga Conference had its tenth annual meeting on 6-7th of November. With around 500 attendees it covered several important topics as EU role in rise of geoeconomics, security challenges in the information age and hybrid warfare, transatlantic relationship, relations between Russia and the West as well as prospects of Eastern Partnership countries.
Conference speakers included: Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova Natalia Gherman, Foreign Minister of Slovakia Miroslav Lajcak, Foreign Minister of Romania Bogdan Lucian Aurescu, as well as Foreign Minister of Norway Borge Brende and many others.

The Riga Conference takes place in the Latvian capital since 2006. The conference has become a recognized high level event in the region on foreign affairs and security issues.
